Seven line prayer

In the northwest of the land of Urgyen

On a blooming lotus flower

You attained supreme wondrous perfection.

You are called the Lotus-born

And are surrounded by a retinue of dakinis.

I follow your example-

Approach and grant me your blessing.

Seven Line Prayer

At the northwest border of Odiyana,

On the stem of a kesara lotus is he

Who attained the amazing supreme siddhi

Known as Padmasambhava , surrounded

By many Sky Goers as his retinue.

I will achieve in accordance with you,

Please come to give blessings and empower me

(O Lotus Guru, pray grant me the siddhis).
